Mexico Mobile Teaching Kitchen Cookbook
This cookbook, the inaugural Mexico Edition of the Mobile Teaching Kitchen series, has been created through the creativity, knowledge, and dedication of nutrition students and professors at Tecnológico de Monterrey. Rooted in the mission of the Mexican Mobile Teaching Kitchen, its goals are to empower and educate communities through culinary nutrition, creating healthy, affordable meals and sharing practical dietary advice with friends, families, and local networks. Each copy of this cookbook contributes to sustaining and expanding the Mobile Teaching Kitchen’s work in Mexico.
The recipes have been developed in collaboration with local nutrition experts, drawing on both Mexico’s rich culinary heritage and the latest nutritional science.
