This course examines the position of diets and nutrition in both the preventative as well as re-habilitative phases of COVID-19 by using a range of practically relevant examples through the lens of a multidisciplinary team led by doctors and dietitians. There is coverage of those aspects of nutrition relating to metabolic health, the prevention or early detection and treatment of malnutrition as well as the avoidance and treatment of micro nutrient deficiencies.
