WEBINAR series
Women’s Nutrition
Webinar recorded in December 2023.
Women across the world are considered core in the provision of food for families and communities. We also recognise the importance of the maternal diet pre-conception, and supporting infants in the 1st 1000 days. However, understanding the positive impact good nutrition has on women's health throughout their lifespan, that is more than reproduction and hormones is essential for long-term well-being. It requires policymakers and others to revisit the impact of gender on nutrient requirements to ensure sustainable and equitable access to nutritious food. This webinar will explore the twelfth CRN-International conference report.
The IANE webinars are held in partnership with the BMJ Nutrition, Prevention & Health and are accredited by the Royal Society of Biology for 9 CPD credits.
